Leek and Bacon Platter

Ready in 20 mins

Recipe by Graham

In this simple dish, the slightly sweet and salty taste of the bacon compliments nicely the more savoury taste of the leaks. It's a great accompaniment for any meal, particularly one where ham is the meat.
