How to Cook Fried Bacon
- Lay the bacon rashers (slices) flat in a frying pan (skillet) with just a drop or two of oil to initially 'grease' the bottom of the pan. Cook on high heat for two to three minutes, turning once. If you like your bacon crispy, consider grilling (braising) it since it's difficult to crisp bacon in a frying pan.
GRAHAM'S HOT TIP:
If you want crisp bacon but do not have a grill, use a non-stick frying pan with no added oil and heat the pan well before adding the bacon
