I've included no 'recipes' in this section for sandwiches since most of us can manage to wedge something edible between two slices of bread! A quick snack (or light bite) however, can be made from almost anything (often leftovers) and here are just a few simple variations in case you're stuck for ideas.
You will no doubt find many variations to suit your own individual tastes. I make no comment on calories!
