How to Cook Lemon Dressing
- Place a little salt and freshly-ground pepper into a large bowl. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the bowl. Stir, then add the Olive Oil and mix thoroughly until you achieve a consistent dressing.
- This light Salad Dressing can be used in many ways. For a simple salad, place the lettuce leaves into a bowl and gently, but thoroughly, toss them into the dressing until they are completely coated. Lemon Dressing is great for a mixed salad at a barbeque.
GRAHAM'S HOT TIP:
If you want to add a little extra 'something' to the dressing, zest the lemon and add the zest to the dressing mixture.
