Brandy Butter

Graham

Recipe by

Brandy Butter is a traditional accompaniment to Christmas Pudding and mince pies, but is equally at home with hot apple pie! Brandy Butter is made with unsalted butter, sugar and brandy. It can be bought ready-made in pots and jars but the home-made version is much nicer!
