4 oz
Sage Derby cheese
4 oz
curd cheese
4 tablespoons
natural yoghurt
salt and pepper
green food colouring (optional)
How to Cook Sage Cream Dip
- Beat the cheese and yoghurt together until smooth. Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste and a few drops of colouring if you want.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl (or bowls) and serve chilled with Savoury Cheese Biscuits or Savoury Chive Biscuits or smooth into pieces of celery (you can even use small amounts to 'sandwich' grape halves together!).

If you have problems getting Sage derby Cheese, any sage flavoured soft cheese will work.
