Sage Cream Dip Recipe

Sage Cream Dip

Graham

Recipe by

The rich flavour of sage complemented by the distinctive, but not overpowering, bitterness of curd cheese sets this healthy dish apart from other dips. You can also serve it as a spread on crackers with slices of tomato. This creamy dip tastes like fall in a bowl with its strong notes of sage and curd - the perfect complement to classic, salty chips or cocktail biscuits.
